Do I need a gate pass to enter Hot Springs Village?
Hot Springs Village is a gated community, so each Discover Vacation Rentals guest will receive gate access instructions before arrival. Shortly before your stay you will receive a message requesting the names of the drivers in your group. The names that you provide will be added to the guest list for entry at the gate. When each driver arrives at the gate, they will be issued a dash pass good for the length of their stay. Please review your arrival message before traveling, use the recommended gate, and keep access details handy. Contact Discover Vacation Rentals if you have trouble entering the Village safely.
When will I receive my access code or lockbox information?
5 days before your visit you will receive an email with the access information for your vacation rental.

Yes, but there may be a fee associated with an early check-in. Early check-ins will not be available with every property or may not be possible because of scheduling conflicts. But, if we are able, we will try to accommodate your requests.

Parties are not allowed. Events are allowed with prior approval. Events without approval will be considered a party. This rule will be enforced to protect the homeowner and the Hot Springs Village community.
